1. Where are you exactly? How do I find you?

We're right in the heart of Orhei, at str. Scrisului Latin 2A, which is super convenient because you can walk to the main square, cafes, and restaurants in just a few minutes. You'll spot us easily, and don't worry, we have free private parking on site, so if you're driving, you're all set.

2. So, you're not right by the famous monastery. How far is it?

You're right, we're about 20-25 minutes away by car. It means you get the perfect, peaceful night's rest after a day of exploring. Ecodor is the ideal base for visiting Orheiul Vechi (Old Orhei). You can head there in the morning, take your time, and come back to a cozy room and a hot meal.

3. What's the vibe like inside?

Imagine a place that's modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. We recently opened in 2023, so everything feels fresh and new. The rooms are spacious, with big windows that let in lots of natural light. It's the kind of place where you can immediately relax—comfy beds, a minibar for a night snack, and a smart TV if you just want to unwind.

4. What's breakfast like?

Our breakfast is included and it's pretty legendary among our guests. It's a continental spread with lots of variety, but the real stars are the homemade pastries and jams. It's the perfect fuel for a day of exploring the Orhei region.

5. Any cool, unique amenities I should know about?

We have an attached winery right on the premises. So, you can enjoy a tasting of exceptional local wines without even leaving the hotel. Also, we have a cozy coffee shop to get your day started, and we're completely smoke-free throughout the building, though there are designated outdoor areas.

6. What room types do you have? I might be coming with friends.

We have Standard Rooms that can sleep up to two people with a queen beds, and Family Rooms that have a queen bed and a comfy sofa bed. All of them are non-smoking.

7. Is the hotel easy for someone with mobility concerns?

We want everyone to feel welcome. The hotel has an elevator, so all floors are accessible. We also have accessible parking spaces right near the entrance and, in select rooms, accessible bathrooms designed for ease of use.

8. I'm an eco-conscious traveler. Is that part of your philosophy?

It's at our very core. We're a modern boutique hotel built with a strong eco-friendly focus. From the design to our daily operations, we try to make choices that are good for our guests and the planet. It's about offering sustainable comfort without having to compromise on luxury.

9. If I'm coming for work, do you have facilities for meetings?

Yes, we do. We have a business center and conference spaces for meetings or workshops, and there's reliable free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The front desk can also help with printing or organizing small events, so you can travel light and stay productive.

10. I'm flying into Chișinău (KIV). What's the best way to get to you?

The airport is about a 45–50 minute drive. You have a few options: rent a car and enjoy the scenic drive, take a taxi, or let us arrange a private airport transfer for you in advance. Just let us know your flight details when you book, and we'll make sure someone is there to greet you.

11. Are you open year-round? What's Orhei like in winter?

We're open all year, and we love every season! Summer is beautiful, but winter in Orhei has a special kind of magic. The landscape around Orheiul Vechi looks like a fairytale with a dusting of snow, and it's much quieter. It's the perfect time to explore the area's attractions without crowds.

12. Can I bring my dog along?

We do not allow pets on the property, with the usual exception for licensed service animals. This helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests.
